A grassland workshop at the Food Day @ETH<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

At the Food Day 2023 organized from the World Food System Center<\/strong> impressive research projects were presented.\u00a0<\/p>

We are happy that were part of this interesting event. Together with <\/span>Agroscope\u00a0and the Grassland Sciences Group from\u00a0<\/span>ETH Z\u00fcrich\u00a0we organized the workshop. \u00ab\u00a0More than cheese: Multifunctional Grasslands for Ecosystem Services\u00a0\u00bb<\/strong>.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

During the workshop we discussed different topics which highlighted the importance of advancing grassland ecosystem service multifunctionality and agroecology<\/strong> in four groups: Extensive grasslands, intensive grasslands, grasslands in the crop rotation and biodiversity conservation.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

On the 2nd of November we were part of the food day @ETH with the workshop \u201eMore than Cheese: Multifunctional Grasslands for Ecosystem Services\u201c!
