Johannes Burkard prendra la direction de l’association professionnelle ASIAT \u00e0 compter du 1er janvier 2025. Il succ\u00e8de \u00e0 Marcel Anderegg, qui quitte l’association professionnelle pour l’Am\u00e9rique du Sud apr\u00e8s plus de trois ans. <\/h3>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

A partir de janvier 2025, le Dr Johannes Burkard, sp\u00e9cialiste des sciences alimentaires, dirigera l’association professionnelle ASIAT. \u00c2g\u00e9 de 32 ans, il assumera la direction \u00e0 50%. Dipl\u00f4m\u00e9 de l’ETH, il travaille \u00e9galement comme CTO chez CHoNova AG, une spin-off de l’ETH issue de quinze ann\u00e9es de recherche dans la technologie de production du chocolat. <\/p>\n

Burkard est le premier scientifique alimentaire \u00e0 la t\u00eate du r\u00e9seau agroalimentaire. Apr\u00e8s la cr\u00e9ation de l’association en 1901, les membres ont \u00e9t\u00e9 exclusivement des agronomes pendant 70 ans. En 1972, l’association s’est ouverte aux scientifiques de l’alimentation. <\/p>\n

Marcel Anderegg, qui a marqu\u00e9 de son empreinte l’image de l’ASIAT au cours des trois derni\u00e8res ann\u00e9es et demie, va entreprendre un long voyage en Am\u00e9rique du Sud avec sa famille. En collaboration avec le comit\u00e9, la commission et l’\u00e9quipe du secr\u00e9tariat, il a r\u00e9ussi \u00e0 proposer des offres attrayantes, des \u00e9v\u00e9nements ainsi que des manifestations de r\u00e9seautage pour les membres et \u00e0 pr\u00e9senter l’ASIAT sous un jour plus frais, plus num\u00e9rique et plus jeune. <\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
