Pour cela, il faut des professionnels de la nutrition qui contribuent \u00e0 la transformation du syst\u00e8me alimentaire. Le CAS en alimentation durable consid\u00e8re les perspectives globales et les contextes suisses, et vous permet de d\u00e9duire des recommandations alimentaires concr\u00e8tes pour une alimentation saine et durable en Suisse. Nous entendons par l\u00e0 le m\u00e9lange de cours en pr\u00e9sentiel sous forme de s\u00e9minaires et de travaux pr\u00e9paratoires et de suivi dans le cadre d&rsquo;un apprentissage autonome accompagn\u00e9.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>L&rsquo;acquisition des connaissances de base est accompagn\u00e9e, dans le cadre de l&rsquo;\u00e9tude individuelle, de mandats clairement formul\u00e9s et d&rsquo;une indication de la litt\u00e9rature pertinente.
