At the Food Day 2023 organized from the World Food System Center impressive research projects were presented. 

We are happy that were part of this interesting event. Together with Agroscope and the Grassland Sciences Group from ETH Zürich we organized the workshop. „More than cheese: Multifunctional Grasslands for Ecosystem Services“. 

During the workshop we discussed different topics which highlighted the importance of advancing grassland ecosystem service multifunctionality and agroecology in four groups: Extensive grasslands, intensive grasslands, grasslands in the crop rotation and biodiversity conservation.
